New Lib section very alpha! Print

Please note that the new library documentation section is not ready (for anything!) just yet. The libraries that it will eventually document were started back in 2001. They have been hacked, and hacked some more, by a handful of different programmers. It will take a long time to put together enough documentation to make it possible for programmers to be able to use these libraries without having to read lots of code.
